Healthiest drink: Water

Some people seemed surprised when I tell them that water is the best drink for them. If you drink enough water you will reap the benifits. (*Note: Drink too much water and it can be fatal)

The Benifits of Water:

  • Regulates appetite – drink a glass of water before a meal
  • Regulates body temperature
  • Flushes out waste
  • Keeps skin moist
  • No sugar
  • 0 Calories!!!
